This is our highest award level and is difficult to obtain and maintain. Holders must have a documented complaints procedure, health & safety processes, a history of positive customer feedback and meet the most common requirements of venues such as public liability insurance and electrical safety testing. They must also have held one of our lower award levels for a minimum period of two years.

It will always be my aim to liaise with you, your chosen venue and any other entertainers who may be involved to help make sure your party is a huge success.

With over 40,000 songs from 1952 to the current charts, I have a music collection to suit virtually all ages and tastes, so will be able to accommodate most requests.

I mostly play music videos through a 50? TV although with new chart music I may not have the music video if it might not have been released at the time of your party although I will have it on mp3.

I have song request cards that I put on the tables for the guests to fill in and hand to me, I find this encourages guests to ask for requests. I always except lists of songs or full playlists from my clients.

I will gladly meet with you and discuss your party and music requests with you and make a playlist especially for your party. I also use music videos played on a 50" TV. Based near Peterborough."
